Each ottoman is carefully made by hand using quality materials and time-honoured upholstery techniques. I stand behind the craftsmanship of our work.
All pieces are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty, which protects against defects in workmanship such as loose upholstery, seam failure, or structural issues related to construction.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric wear, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
If an issue arises within the warranty period, please reach out with photos and a brief description. I’ll work with you to assess the issue and determine the best next steps.

Return & Refund Policy
While all custom and made-to-order items are final sale, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If there is a concern related to construction or craftsmanship, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We do not accept returns on custom work; however, if an issue is determined to be workmanship-related, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair or correction where feasible. Our goal is always to deliver a finished piece that meets our standards and that you can enjoy for years to come.
Shipping Info
Once your fabric is approved, your ottoman will move into production. Typical lead times are 4–6 weeks.
Delivery is complimentary on orders over $2,000 within Canada and the United States.Shipping for orders under $2,000 is calculated at checkout.
Each piece is thoughtfully packed and shipped with care. Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is on its way to you.
